My complaint:

Oculus have been fixingreplacing my oculus for the last 6 months now. There was a problem with the headset and the left controller. I sent it all off, they returned my controllers untouched and a new (refurbished) head set.
I was unable to see that the headset would not pair, because now both controllers were broken.
When I sent off the controllers, which oculus would only allow me to send individually, and they got back to me, I was able to see that the headset they had sent back to me did not work. They told me they would replace it, I sent it off and it has been almost a month and they still haven’t sent me anything or even updated me on what is happening with it.
I have spoken to the customer service team 4 times now and they keep telling me I will have an update within 5 working days and at the end of the 5 working days, the charade starts all over again.

Suggested solution:

By this stage I would like a refund for the product and all purchases made within the product.
