My complaint:
On 9 February 2023 I contacted support as Nord would no longer connect on 3, 4 or 5 G.
Since then 9 of their technicians have sent ideas/suggestions but I still can’t use Nord away from home which is where I need it.
Suggested solution:
Either find a solution or return my money.
UPDATE. Nord still cannot resolve the issue and have offered an extra 2 weeks at the end of my contract.
So 2 free weeks when it hasn’t worked since February and still won’t connect is a good deal???
