My complaint:
they just started charging my bank 7.95 a month for a service I never signed up for. i managed to get into the web page and it said I do not have a subscription yet they keep billing me. Their live chat is inoperative and i emailed them about this too.
Suggested solution:
credit me for the charges and cancel my account
