My complaint:
They want the subscriber to consume hours of their time to try to fix something that they paid for to work… it worked fine initially but hasn’t worked in a while. Now I’m much to frustrated to mess with it.
Suggested solution:
Provide a service that just works or a refund if they can't provide that.
