NordVPN complaint: Refund problem

My complaint:

Company has a money back guarantee, instead of honoring this, they are attempting to collect private information. This is the exact reason a vpn is used but their support states “ We have acknowledged your refund request, however, before that, we would like to troubleshoot the issue you have encountered while using our service.

It would be great if you could provide us with some additional information to solve the issue faster!

Here’s what we would like to know:

The device and operating system you are using with our service (Android/iOS);
Your current location;
Your Internet Service Provider and the network that you are connecting from (home/public);
Have you tried changing any of the default settings in the application (e.g, connection protocol, Threat Protection Lite feature)?
Let us know if you’re using any type of antivirus, ad blocker, or different VPN software alongside NordVPN, as they might be interfering with our service.

Also, please visit speedtest.net and do the following tests:

With VPN service off (make sure to press the ‘Go’ button).
With VPN service ON while connected to the closest available NordVPN server.

Afterward, please take a screenshot of both results.

Additionally, please visit dnsleaktest.com while being connected to NordVPN and perform these steps:

Take a screenshot of the IP address that is shown on the main screen of the website;
Click Extended test, wait for the test to fully finish, and take a screenshot of the IP addresses shown in the result.

Provide us with the screenshots taken from both websites.”

They do not value your privacy. This company is located in Panama, but I will continue to post reviews and complaints with as many regulatory agencies as possible until my refund is resolved as their website states.

Suggested solution:

Refund the money and not collect my private information they are requesting
