My complaint:
NordVPN keeps charging me for six months despite its incapable service. The VPN is completely useless in China, but the NordVPN keeps charging me money for six months of subscription, and has failed to refund me with the money.
Suggested solution:
They should refund me with six months of subscription, worth 600 HKD.

In January, just after one day of purchasing the monthly subscription, I sent NordVPN an email to ask them explicitly to cancel my monthly subscription but they did not cancel it, and keeps charging me for six consecutive months despite its VPN service being completely useless in China!
