My complaint:

I signed up for NordVPN 8 days ago. However, I wanted to cancel it because it didn’t work on my computer. When the computer is connected to the internet, I open vpn but it does not work. Right now they are stalling me and not giving my money back. They were normally supposed to issue a refund within 30 days. Customer representatives are not doing their job. Useless app. Do not download!

Suggested solution:

I want my money back as soon as possible. me.

However, you can always refuse troubleshooting and in such a case refund will be made for you momentarily.
