My complaint:
NordVPN blocked access to a number of my accounts, preventing me from routine and legal web activity (checking email, weather, gift card balance, food delivery, paid streaming service, and general browsing). Their help sites did not resolve the issue and I requested a refund. They tried to get me to change more settings. The problems only got worse once my first 30 days on the service passed. When I contacted them asking for a refund, they refused, telling me it would be a gross violation to refund me after 40 days from purchase, even though I had to deactivate the service most of the time and it was especially bad from day 30-40.
Suggested solution:
Full refund of purchase price for failing to offer service that would not interfere with my normal web use.
