Hello, I’ve purchased NordVPN to try it. I’ve cancelled subscription within 30 days but still my account active and I haven’t received a refund. I’ve followed instructions accordingly to https://nordvpn.com/de/blog/nordvpn-cancellation-and-refund-process/
If one google nord vpn 30 day free trial cancel there would be exact instructions.
There is nothing said that I need to contact support within 30 to get a refund.
Accordingly to https://nordvpn.com/terms-of-service/ in section 6 CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY there is nothing about contacting support.
