My complaint:

There is an extremely idiotic issue in each and every Canadian supermarker. Everywhere I go, the supermarkets have no lockers at all. Europe usually has 20-30 little lockers at the entrance to the store or a supermarket, so that when the customer went to another shop and still wanted to buy anything else at the other, such option is considered normal the contents of the bag are safe in the locker. However, instead of normally resolving the issue with the backpacks, No Frills has decided to just ban everyone who enters their store with a backpack. It is humiliating, disgusting and ridiculous. There is no way a person with a backpack is going to steal anything, because the cameras are watching, there are many people inside, and the security is always there, paranoid about each and every single person around.
Imagine the process of stealing anything with a backpack. You have to either open it and lay it down and take it into your hands, or do an idiotic thing of putting something into it while it’s still in your back, so that everyone can see just how ridiculous you are. What comes next? Banning everyone who has pockets because they are going to steal?
Stop this idiotic bullshit, don’t be hypocrytical and do not target your own clients and customers. Either let the people do their shopping normally and don’t target them for having backpacks, or have lockers.
Just to understand the issue a bit more. Some of the clients don’t have cars. And during Canadian winter, the freezing cold is always there. I want those who made this policy to not use their car for a single day. Please have a 20-30 minute walk to the store without a backpack. And then come back home, holding both of the bags with your hands, I do not think that you will be very glad about the state of your hands.

Suggested solution:

Either make lockers for the backpacks or bags, or do not target the clients. If you can't resolve the problem in your own, be ready to lose some of your regular clients.
