My complaint:
Tried buying the DLC for pokemon, it grabbed it and downloaded it to the wrong game AND unlike last game’s dlc, this won’t work for both games, which meant having to buy it again because theydo t do refunds. Nintendo, this is why no one takes you seriously, and why you will NEVER be Steam. Maybe actually TRY to make you customers happy for once, this pokemon gen was already incredibly disappointing.
Suggested solution:
Refund.
