My complaint:
Nintendo have refused to refund or exchange my Just Dance 2023 game. I cannot open or play the game due to Ubisoft connectivity issues. I have followed all guidance: changed forwarding ports, used VPNs, and mobile hotspots but this is still an issue and has been for many other users. I have explained this all to Nintendo and, as the seller, regardless of Ubisoft issues, I cannot use a product they have sold to me. Therefore I should be refunded under the Consumer Rights Act.
Suggested solution:
Either refund the game, or exchange it for a Nintendo eVoucher.
