Netspend complaint: Complaint to file a lawsuit

My complaint:

I am sending this complaint due to the fact that I am a customer of what I have researched on google, attended the FTC protocol and observed that I was indeed a customer that dealt with the same situations as the lawsuits stated in the FTC bureau. I am kindly asking before taking matters and concerns to the FTC and or BBB that my account be reinstated and the disputes filed with a provisional credit to be addressed as stated in the emails of ation that it would be provided due to fraudulent activity that was done to my account and as follows with the documentation requested from netspend that i indeed sent along with the ation returned back via email that my account will be provided a provisional credit if issued was not resolved within the 10 days of investigation and if the conclusion was to be addressed after that date then in fact the 45 days will be ruled in n answer then. I was promised a provisional credit and I followed every step to the process of filling a dispute and my accounts and all services for netspend a PREPAID account were no longer available to me. I demand my rights as a customer to address these laws stated in FTC and BBB of what netspend promised me and was to give me with my account reopened and disputes addressed before going into a lawsuit against your company ASAP. I would also like to add that the aget David has been rude and since there’s recordings done as stated in the call that this agent was not attentive to my concerns about fully closing my account 3389914657 that he was really rude to me as well as given me no choice but to report that in fact this customer service i received was a very bad experience. I was a loyal customer since 2019 and since then i was not given proper help and or sympathy to seeing that i deserved a better service and my account to be closed knowing I had disputes opened with provisional promised on top of direct deposits being made to the account and I followed all the steps needed and sent documentation attachment to ll the claims to show for my disputes to be investigated with a provisional and a opened account to not have these claims closed and services cut off due to what reasoning that i have not sent in to have my account closed and nothing in the email and phones calls taken cared of. So as i stated i will take this complaint further if you will not attend to my concerns and reinstate all that was promised while i filed a disputes well several to have this matter taken cared of
