My complaint:
I requested shipments to be sent on 9 November. As of today, 13 December, none of these have been sent and will not arrive on time for Christmas. The expected tunr around time is 3 to 4 days, we are now at over 30 days overdue. I have sent several complaints to MyUS, they keep re-assuring me the shipment request has been prioritised and will be sent, but nothing is being sent.
Suggested solution:
Ship my requestst ASAP and offer a discount for the inconvenience caused.
