MyUS.com complaint: They made a mistake, and they don’t want to fix it.

My complaint:

I used their service for the first time, thinking it would be a reliable American company. Turns out, I was quite wrong. They shipped my boxed with wrong labeling (indicated the content was instrument for some reason, instead of books, which they really contained), and now I am asked to pay USD 450 of custom fee. Importation of books do NOT have any custom fees where I live, but they are calculated based on this label, and it’s non-negotiable. I’ve been trying to reach the company for the past week through emails (as the live chat service has no intention to help me out whatsoever), but no response at all. So disappointed with this company for being so irresponsible.

Suggested solution:

Contact FEDEX or the custom office and fix the labeling. Explain that there was a mistake. As an individual receiving the package, I can't file such claims. I've tried already. But the company can, if only they are willing to go through the process.
