My complaint:

So basically. I recently shipped my second package. And just before I did they file a whopping extra 29 dollars fee . 9.99 membership twice and 18.99 for package storage fee extra the day before shipment, need my money back now. I don’t know what happened ehy they start taking money without worning , not even worked about the package storage fee . Not only that I will file a complaint but yes for 30 dollars a lawsuit

Suggested solution:

Please do something I don't know why this company steal money lies and is not specific in billing charges
