My complaint:
This is about Package ID: 03-095-6084 — shipped by FEDEX INTL CONNECT AWB ACC2910US95468584401 on January 27th 2023 to me in BRAZIL. Tracking eventually changed to tracking number LS678029082NL. On may 4th/2023 the package checked-in in Holland for the last time. After contacting MyUS on 6 occasions to resolve this, all there was was spin-talk… and finaly they admitted they would not do anything to resolve the problem, and took the side of the carrier… Sick of this… Using Reship instead.
Suggested solution:
Pay me US$50.00US$29.99US$79.99 which is what I lost considering item value and shipping cost.
