My complaint:

MYUS is keeping my packages forcefully,
I had word with Tracy there,

I would like to file a legal complaint in us govt consumer protection for this forgery.
Amazon has delivered my packages to MYUS under my suite US 9163.

Now I requested for delivery they have charged my credit card with multiple time, membership fees $9.99 and shipping fees over $100.

After that they have decided to closed my account, and they still have my packages in the suite.

Tracy from MYUS told me we can return the package to AMAZON if they provide us a prepaid return label,

I have talked to amazon regarding that , amazon said we don’t do anything like this, and also your return window has expired more than one month back so nothing much we can do for you.

So I created a Fedex label from my account so they can ship back to me,

But Tracy from MYUS is adamant that we can only return to amazon if they provide a prepaid label.

So , before I make a legal case with my attorney and present it to the court , Because this is harassment what they are doing.

Suggested solution:

return my package to my home address.
