My complaint:
I have placed an order and shipped to my us and it took them more than two weeks to log in the item after it was received anyway I decided to return the item and not ship it but it has been under review for 8 days . I explained by through hundred emails that the item costs 100 pound and by delaying the return I will miss the deadline and it’s a scam company because they do nothing but send apologies. They will not compensate me if the the return is not accepted which means I am loosing 100 pounds because the item is still not returned from their end
They have worst customer service and I don’t advise anyone to use their membership beacuse u will lose ur money trusting the fake service
Suggested solution:
Return the item as soon as possible
And ship the pending item or compensate for one months delay
