My complaint:

My package arrived my suite a week ago and it’s still in the queue waiting to be sent. I contacted their customer services and asked why it took so long when their standard processing time is 24-48 hours. Their customer services promised to waive my fees and have the package sent asap but it’s still in the queue and I don’t know what I can do now.

Suggested solution:

to have my package sent ASAP!
