MyUS.com complaint: Item not delivered – constant excuses

My complaint:

Item purchased 28th July. Collected by MyUS 3rd august. Tracking showed nothing for a month. I contacted complaining and suddenly tracking shows ‘ready for processing’ on 29th August. But item not even collected yet by tracking information – myUS trying to tell me it has, but the tracking has a option for ‘item collected and he have it’ which is not highlighted yet – so they have created a postage ticket, but the postage company don’t even have the item.

I paid for 10-15 day postage – they are in breach of this, and still counting the days. Still making excuses how they are not in control, waiting for postage company to return information, that there is a backlog.

Asked for money back as they didn’t tell me about the backlog when they made me pay and are in breach of the paid for shipping time.

Just excuses and telling me I have to wait, and IF I got the insurance option they can file a claim. But with Australia Post there is internal insurance for all items up to a certain amount – so MyUS insurance is an extortion for more money – cause insurance is included with the parcel via the shipping company used.

Suggested solution:

Refund of money or deliver the item asap
