My complaint:
MyUS.com told me my package would cost $135 to ship my package to me. After adding a debit card to my account, I was debited for $139 on 29th July 2023. However, to my surprise, an unauthorized debit was carried out by MyUS today 30th July 2023 for $7
I was not told before hand about this additional charge. Also there are discrepancies concerning the weight of my package on the dashboard and the weight on the receipt. Finally I recently reactivated my account with MyUS.com but was automatically placed on single membership and thought their terms and conditions would remain the same as when I was a member in the past.
Please I strongly believe I have been unfairly treated and charged by MyUS.com.
Suggested solution:
They should charge me for the right weight of my package and refund the excess charge
