My complaint:
I have an account suite no. 4781-241, I forgot ny password and it was reset, I placed an order for 1125.99usd which was NOT rejected. After a few days I got an email saying my account has been cancelled and the order was cancelled, without a clear explanation. They refunded my money but due to foreign exchange rate in my country I sustained a loss of 200usd. They asked for a photo of my ID and card which I purchased with gladly. I just got an email a few minutes ago that my account has been restored. I wrote back to them quickly asking why my account and order was cancelled and if I will be compensated for the inconvenience, which I am sure I will not get an answer quickly. Christmas is just around the corner I placed tbe order for myself and my 12year son in law, now have to find an alternative which is pretty hard from overseas due to long shipping time.
Suggested solution:
Explanation on the incident and as a compensation I would appreciated if they could extend free shipping to my next order.
