My complaint:
I had to cancel to Hawaiian Airlines tickets to Seattle I purchased for my in-laws due to my mother-in-law getting cancer. She had to have surgery immediately and her doctor ordered her not to travel for a year.
I filed all of the necessary documentation for MyTrip and Hawaiian Airlines as requested.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund of the airline tickets I purchased and did not use due to an medical emergency. I have already been waiting over 9 months.
