My complaint:
I had to cancel flight tickets that I purchased for my in-laws after I my mother-in-law was diagnosed with cancer and she was ordered not to travel by her doctor. I cancelled the flights, and I went through all the proper channels and completed all of the paperwork to get the refund for a medical emergency for both Hawaiian Airlines and MyTrip.com.
Every time I call mytrip.com they say they are waiting for the airline to approve the refund. This doesn’t make sense to me since I purchased the ticket through mytrip.com.

I want my refund!
