My complaint:
I have bought a flight ticket through Mytrip.com and my flight was cancelled by the airline (Lufthansa) due to a strike. I have applied for a refund on Mytrip.com but have never gotten the money back, and it’s been over a year.
During this year I have made about 40 (recorded) calls to the agency, requesting assistance on this matter, or at least a solid promise on a date for the refund to be made, but was never given any.
The agents’ response was always we have escalated your request, please wait, and sometime ask me to contact the airline myself, because they are still waiting for the money from the airline and cannot contact them on my behalf.
Suggested solution:
Give me my rightfully deserved long-due refund immediately.
