My complaint:

Hi, my reference number is MDP24M, i had a trip from Manchester to Cairo with a connecting flight in Milan. As my first flight was delayed by over an hour (easyJet) it meant that I only had 30 min to check in for my connecting flight and ended up missing this flight. I first called an agent on the same day who failed to rebook an appropriate flight as they could not see any flights and asked us to book ourselves which we did. I called another agent ( Rishbah N) after regarding refund as per self transfer guarantee, he agreed and sent me an email ing that I would receive a refund from Mytrip after I initiated a claim form with easyJet first as it was their delay that led me to miss the flight. I have now submitted this and initiated the claim with easyJet, and so would like a refund for the unused flight for all passengers, as well as for expenses incurred in rebooking a new flight (£2,402.89), and accommodation for the night, food and transportation to and from the airport, as per the terms MyTrip’s self transfer guarantee.
