My complaint:
My trip responded saying I need to contact TAP after numerous calls to MYTrip.
I am extremely frustrated in trying to resolve my issue. For the last 4 days I have been given the run around by both TAP and Mytrip.
Please see email below from MyTrip. In a nutshell my husband and I booked flights to go from Miami to Lisbon on 11 Nov with return flights in Nov 21st under Thomas Neuman and Minal Neuman. We even paid for assigned seats and baggage in advance. Booking number is MZOFCJ and reference number JVLPRH . Unfortunately, I had an issue with my back recently and had a procedure done. The doctor advised me to delay my trip. So I called TAP and they said to call MyTrip. Tap informed me you have a policy in place to avoid penalty due to medical reasons. I wanted to reschedule for Dec 21st 2023 and return on Dec 31st 2023. They told me call My trip again.MyTrip told me to call TAP and that TAP has to make a note in my account accordingly. I called TAP and TAP told me to give MyTrip a telephone number 833 209 4514 for travel agents. I called My Trip twice again and then they sent me the email below!
I can get a doctor’s certificate re my back issue. I would appreciate it if you could help me with this as I have been spending hours on hold between TAP customer service and MyTrip and getting no where! Each one tells me to call the other!
Suggested solution:
I just need them to rebook my flights and not charge the penalty due meficsl issue and time is running out as I was originally scheduled to travel Nov 11th 2023. My trip needs to contact TAP and resolve this asap!!
