My complaint:
I ordered 6 flight tickets from Tel Aviv to Krakow in Aug/2024 with Lot, Polish airline. The airline canceled the flight on their part, however the refund I received was partial only. Since then I am chasing Mytrip customer support but no feedback and no return of missing refund. My order number: MJFSEX. Please help.

Return the missing 133 USD they owe me.
