My complaint:
I booked flights through mytrip after seeing them on skyscanner but they cancelled my booking due to “payment problems” but they are currently still holding the money I paid for the flight. I booked return flights from Edinburgh to Malta on the 26th – 31st of may 2022

Hi, On May 24, 2020, I purchased an air ticket from Mytrip’s official website for a transfer from Perth to Townsville via Darwin on June 4, 2020. The order number is L3YX0D, Booking Reference: PMGYW4. On May 25th, I want to change my ticket to May 29th. I contacted the customer service of Mytrip many times to confirm the transfer plan.
