My complaint:

This company rescheduled the flightclose to departure date with long layover. I chose the option to cancel with refund. After not hearing back with a refund i tried a charge back with my bank as I had paid with a credit card .

My bank advised a contratoral dispute and did not help so case was closed. I am still waiting for my refund since jan 2023. I can send documents when you get back if you need proof.
