My complaint:
I checked the mytrip app 7 hours before flight, there was no check-in available. I kept checking every hour and nothing appeared, not even through email. I was forced to pay 45 euros upon physical check-in as a result.
Suggested solution:
I'd like to get compensated 45 €.
