My complaint:
I had booked flight with My Trip online from Malta to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Flight from Malta to Rome was with Air Malta, From Rome to Vietnam was with Southern China Airlines, I had 1 luggage 8 kg, 1 luggage with 10 kg, When I see booking online, it says that I had 1 ONLY allowed with the flight, so I had to purchase the other luggage with a sum of 160 euros. When I contacted my trip they say it is not there fault. Online, SCA regulations says that all international clients are allowed 2 small luggage 23 kg each, and My Trip book more cheaper than that even if I had paid %) euros for the trip. I feel that they didn’t gave me the information before and I was misguided by them, and payed higher price at the end from the highest airlines. I am asking to be compensated from their misguidance.
Suggested solution:
I am asking to be compensated back the 160 euros, as ALL international flights are allowed 2 bags not 1 as I am entitled, I paid to be equal with international travellers, I was discriminated and misguided
