My complaint:
MF5Y3A is the locator. GOL 1163 From Londrina to Sao Paulo (GRU) cancelled flight on october 24, 2023.
Flight was cancelled weeks ahead by airline, mytrip.com failed to notify me ahead of time.
I just happened to check the web if the flight exists, because this has happened once before!
When I called they directed me to GOL.
Refused to help me. Gol of course told me to call Mytrip.com.
Customer stuck in the middle.
Awful customer service!!! Do not book on mytrip.com
