My complaint:

My original flight from Nesma Airlines was Mon 01 Apr 2024 09:40 – 10:50 am. According to Nesma Airlines’s General Rules and Conditions on the website, full refunds are available for passengers opting not to be rebooked on an alternative flight, and the refunds are processed within 7 days.

I am afraid Nesma Airlines changed my original flight, and the time difference exceeds four hours which was not a minor change. The result is I will not possible to be able to catch my next flight which departs at 4:50 PM from Cairo.
I will make a declaration here that according to Nesma Airlines’s General Rules and Conditions on the website, I am the passenger whose option is not to be rebooked on an alternative flight, and my refunds should be processed within 7 days.
