Mytrip.com complaint: false information extra charges

My complaint:

I contacted MYTRIPUK early June 2021 as they were showing some reasonable tickets to Pakistan. I contacted them to book in 4 adults tickets and 2 child tickets, the agent I spoke to was very on point with the information he was providing -I ed that it states fully refundable and fully changeable -I ed this over and over again with the agent who was reassuring that this si correct we di not change if the ticket is changed and provide a full refund.
He was pushing us to make the deposit payments fo £250 per person as it was a ‘promotional Offer’ We went ahead and made the payment. My sister wanted to discuss with her husband and said she will pay it soon, however this agent called her twice in the same day asking to pay, she went ahead and made the mayment of £500 x2 Deposits. just after a few days we receive an email to say you need to pay the remaining amount on the same day as the ‘promotional offer’ is ending, He convinced us that Pakistan would more than likely be taken off the Redlist so we can continue with the ticket to fly in July.We managed to pay the full price totalling to £1048 for 2 adults and 1 child and a further £1400 for my sister who purchased 2adult and 1 child tickets. Again I asked him to that the tickets are fully refundable and changes abale he replied yes mam this is the case.
Now as Pakistan has not been taken off the redlist we cannot fly so I contacted MYTRIPUK to advise them of this and he started to go through the available tickets in Sept – as i adv that it is free changeable (ed in Email) he then advised to change the tickets as there are no seats in the ‘TANGO’ class we will have to pay a further £675 – £135 each adult and as my daughter turns 2 in July she will require a child ticket £405 and the same for my sister, We are paying over £5600 per adult, we checked on other sites and the ticket comes to around £475 for adult on the actual airline.I called up several times emailed them as I was not hauy to pay them advised no manager is in the office they will be back in the next 2-3 days, they advised of I cancel I will be charged £250 per ticket cancelation fees. This is rediculaus in this current pandemic they are adding extra charges and should be ashamed of themselves I still have not heard back from a manager and I’m still waiting as everything I seem to ask for one they put me through to he same agent who i initially spoke to

Suggested solution:

They need to take ownership of the false incorrect information they provide to us just to get us to pay the deposit as they know we will not get it back -
Befor I take legal action against them they need to
1 - give me a full refund for all the tickets my family have purchased including deposits charged -
2 - if they need to charge a cancellation fee, I am willing to accept £75 per adult cancellation charge
3 - change my tickets to the date we acceted in September without any extra charges if this cannot be done then I wants a full refund.
