My complaint:
I was purchasing flights from them for a 7.20pm flight and the checkout process didn’t indicate pm vs am so I assumed I was getting my 7.20pm flight. After paying I was issued a 7.20 am flight. I tried to get a refund or flight change and they refused.
Suggested solution:
A refund or move my flight
