My complaint:
We had a flight cancelled in April, which we had booked through MyTrip.com. The airline refunded the total within the next 8 weeks and MyTrip has not released the funds to us. They keep stating we have escalated your concerns when I contact them. They recently refunded us $526, which is a third of the cost owing and turned the status over to complete. When I contacted them about this they said they couldn’t give me any further information but that it probably means there’s more money to be refunded. They refused to say how much or when this would be released.
Suggested solution:
Return the refund in full.
