My complaint:

re-book (which the ailrine said had to be done through MyTrip), no response. MyTrip on its own initiative cancelled the ticket which the airline has given me one year to re-use. Four months to get them to agree to restore the ticket. They refused to answer when I asked them to re-book.

Suggested solution:

Immediately re-book the ticket per my instruction or immediately refund the full amount
