My complaint:

I took out a laptop with mtn at the Traduna Mall shopping Centre in P.E.
After that contract has expired , I than took out another contract however the consultant who has assisted me has never cancelled the insurance on the notebook and recently when I renewed yet another contract I was informed that I am still paying for the notebooks insurance. I have also learned that the insurance that I have cancelled telephonically for both Y7 handsets, only one was cancelled.
Someone called me from the insurance department for insurance on my new handsets and that is how I have discovered all of this.

I was promised that he will escalate the matter and check call records, to this date nothing. My question is, how can MTN do this to consumers and it is sad when you are unable to be assisted, nowadays theirs lines keep going dead after the operator has informed you of the high call volumes.

What you are doing to the consumers are morally incorrect

Suggested solution:

They should have informed me of my insured devices so that I could stay on track of my insured devices in order to keep it or cancel the insurance.
They should have be serious about resolving the matter and credit me with the unlawful deductions , as I am not to be exploited for their staff's incompetence
