MTN complaint: Bad quality phone

My complaint:

Was advised by salesman that Honor 90 Lite was a fantastic phone for me in my busy workday. Told me that he uses his phone 24/7 and only charges every second day, if not so busy could only charge every third day. So so dissatisfied. We had a seven day window in which MTN would either swop or change if phone was faulty. Within 3 days I went back as I needed to frequently charge my phone. Speaker quality bad, when entering MTN menu on phone it cuts out and gives you bad connection problem. Went into shop, manager said Area Manager would decide if they would swop phone. Answer was no. I need to leave my phone for a couple of days to be assessed. I cannot do this as I need this constantly for Bank OTP’s etc for work. I have now purchased a dudd HONOR P90 Lite and have to sit with it for 3 years. Disgusting service MTN

Suggested solution:

Swop my phone for something more suited to my needs as originally requested. Not offer people gimmicks in the form of BAD QUALITY PHONES.
