MSC Cruises complaint: Failure to provide refund

My complaint:

On October 23rd 2021 I discovered I had yet to receive my $1,980.00 refund for the 7252020 cruise that MSC cancelled. I called and requested said refund. The amount of $1980.00 was ed. The credit card that was used to purchase was expired so I was told that they could not refund on that updated credit card and the only option was a paper check that i would receive in 30 to 90 days. Address was ed as 16501 NE Russell St apt 101 Portland Or 97230.

I called in December to follow up as to where the refund is. I was told it is in process and in the mail.

I emailed January 18th requesting an update and no response

I called today 1272022 to request an update. I was told the booking was not cancelled and they could not cancel the booking on a travel agent could. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told i could not talk to a supervisor only a travel agent could.

Suggested solution:

Issue refund immediately via credit card or bank account that i provide.
