My complaint:

I stayed the night at Motel 6 in Mansfield Ohio and of course the manager the next day said I would not be getting my deposit back because we checked out at 11:12 instead of 11:00 and because the room was noisy all night long. I explained to the mean disrespectful awful man that the bathroom door was broke and every time it opened and shut it made the ugliest loud sound. He ignored me and said sorry I can’t help you I am enraged and because this has already been told to me that he doesn’t like to get the deposit back and he is mean and awful in which he definitely was. My experience at Motel 6 was terrible the room was filthy the bathroom door was broke and because I was 12 minutes late checking out the room I was told I was not getting my deposit back. First and foremost I not only want my deposit back I want my full amount return to me. I secondly we’ll make sure that others know you do not go to this location he is making Motel 6 as a whole look bad. I understand that he lives there and he probably is not happy however that has nothing to do with the business taking place and the fact that he is representing Motel 6 regardless if he is privately owned or managed he definitely is displaying the brand.

Suggested solution:

They should resolve my complaint by refunding me the entire amount given to them for my overnight stay. I would say also that a complimentary stay would be well deserved however I will never go back to Motel 6 again at least not that one
