My complaint:

I have been in a number of times to purchase food and required a receipt but the receipt is distorted and not very clear , this was brought to attention of a number of staff and was advised that there was nothing they could do. as a retail outlet you should be able to give customers a till receipt that is both readable and legible under the consumer act

Suggested solution:

Management at store should look into checking all tills to make sure all receipts are legible
