My complaint:

Not once but twice I have been spoken too in a very rude manner
by 2 different staff members in Diss Store that really was not called for.
I am beginning to think that because of the pandemic these people must have been told by management to take this attitude.
First instant was that I went to deli counter for some ham I pointed at the ham that I wanted and was told to step back from the counter and not lean on it that I was not doing anyway.
2nd time was at the tills.
I asked the girl if she had postage stamps she then told me what she had.
I walked to the end of the counter as I could not hear what she was saying I then said to her that I wear an hearing Aid and because of the back ground sound I could not hear her.
She then turned and said Yes AND I DONT WANT YOU BREATHEING ALL OVER ME.The point was that I was wearing a mask she was wearing a mask I had my 2 jabs plus the booster and there was a large plastic shield between us So it really was not called for .
If your staff feel this way why do they come to work as front forward people facing public and customers all day it really is beyond me.

Suggested solution:

Train your staff to be more customer ware
and make they are polite to the people they are serving
If you do not have good customer relations I for one will not be doing my weekly shop at Morrisons
