My complaint:

Hi, I had occasion to speak to one of your instore customer service colleague about why I was not receiving Morrisons More points. I was told that Morrisons no longer give More points.
Since the 29th April I have spent in excess of £400 in your store.
I have put up with rude unhelpful staff, half empty shelves, having to wait ages to get served, having to queue because there aren’t enough tills open and if that isn’t enough you now tell me I cannot redeem my More points.
I have been a loyal shopper with Morrisons for a long time, but you have now pushed my loyalties beyond their limits.
Today I spent £56 and had to go through a self service till because only to main tills were open. Because I had bought some alcohol I could not pay my bill and leave. The other two tills were the same. Our red lights were flashing for over five minutes.
When a member of staff did arrive we were met with a bad tempered, ignorant man who clearly does not care what your customers think.
Needless to say I will no longer be shopping at any of your stores.
I pass four other supermarkets to get to Morrisons only to be treated like a leper.
