My complaint:

I did an online order and it didn’t arrive. So I rang customer service and was told the delivery driver tried to knock on my door and no answer. He did not attempt to knock as I saw him from my kitchen window and he did not leave his delivery van . This is not acceptable. Now I am out of my delivery and has to be delivered the next day. Also one of your customers service agents was very rude when I explained the problem, she hung up on me . Totally unacceptable. I will not be shopping with Morrison again.
