My complaint:
I originally made a complaint to Morrisons as I was concerned about the welfare of young lone female workers at the petrol station.
I received an email informing me they have a security guard that works in the main store who could help with an issues in the petrol station. I emailed them back clearly stating me concern as and they came back with a very rude response and said they were closing the case.
I feel they do not put their staffs safety at the heart of what they do. They do not listen to concerns from customers and as a response send a rude email.
I feel Bude Morrisons need policies checking and Morrisons customer service team need addressing.
