Morrisons complaint: missing item

My complaint:

My online order was delivered yesterday and I have tried numerous times yesterday to get satisfaction, to no avail. Yesterday was the 4th time my order of 100 cigarettes were missing. Due to this happening I got the driver to check the contents with me (just in case). Normally the driver will report the missing item on the spot and I would get my refund immediately, but Jack the driver yesterday checked the bags and agreed they were missing and said he would ring later to sort it.
I, after hours of ringing and emailing was shocked to receive an email to say that Jack had reported that the item was in the bag.. He is such a liar but cos of that I will not get a refund. I have spent a fortune in Morrisons over the last 50 years, but it comes down to his word against mine. This is so unfair. You are employing a liar and a thief

Suggested solution:

I want a refund and an apology. I will not be using Morrisons ever again and neither will my family and friends. I am incensed by this teatment.
jack needs sacking as he is dishonest
