My complaint:
Nobody wants to serve you on the hot food counter. They see you waiting to be served and just ignore you. Customers walk away, fed up waiting. I complained to manager but it has not changed. Me and my fellow workers now go to asda for the hot food counter.
Suggested solution:
Just sort it out and we might come back.
